MastersTalk.Online (hereinafter referred to as the Site), which is the Internet resource of Tea Masters Cup LTD, invites you to collaborate and determines the list of independent authors who are granted the right to independently publish on the site. The list of authors is agreed by the Editor of the MastersTalk.Online
After reading this document, independent authors are given access to a specific section of the Site where they independently post their material. The author’s use of the Site and the publication of his publications means that the author assumes all obligations arising from this document.
The material of the author is his intellectual property and may be in text format, as well as audio or video format.
The relationship between the Site and an independent author is based on the principles of mutually beneficial, but without financial obligations.
When working with the Site, an independent author agrees:
– do not post materials on the Site containing threats and insults, discrediting other persons, violating the rights of citizens to privacy or public order, having the nature of obscenity, violating to one degree or another the honor and dignity, rights and interests of other persons protected by law, promoting or containing calls for inciting religious, racial or ethnic hatred, containing attempts to incite hostility or calls for violence, containing obscene language, as well as other materials that encourage other persons to engage in unlawful conduct that entails criminal, civil and other liability, or or in a manner that violates the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
– do not post on the Site and do not send through / through the Site materials that are direct advertising or clearly promoting the sale of any goods or services, without the prior written consent of the Editor of MastersTalk.Online
– do not upload, post or otherwise use on the Site any materials (photos, videos, text and others) protected by intellectual property law (including copyright, trademark law), and other materials protected by law without obtaining permission from the holder of rights to protected material. At the same time, the burden of proof that posting materials on the Site by the Web user does not violate the copyright, related and other rights of third parties to the materials posted, lies with the author.
The author agrees that he bears sole responsibility with respect to the materials posted on the Site, including for the content of such materials, their compliance with the requirements of the law, for violations of the rights of third parties to materials posted by the Web user and compensates for any damage arising from such violations , as well as any damage arising from the upload of such materials to the Site.
When placing any materials in sections of the Site for general use, the Author thereby automatically grants the MastersTalk.Online a free, permanent, irrevocable, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify and edit (as agreed with the author), publish, translation and distribution of such materials (in whole or in part) on the territory of all countries of the world and / or inclusion of such materials in other works in any form through the use of any media or technologies that are currently known or may be invented in the future, throughout the term for copyright protection provided for by the laws of Hong Kong in relation to such materials.
The MastersTalk.Online Editor reserves the unconditional right to delete any materials posted by the author on the Site. Moreover, this condition does not mean and cannot be interpreted as imposing on the journal the obligation to regularly moderate (control the content) of materials posted by the author on the Site.
The site has the right to amend this Code. When making changes in the current edition, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Code comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
